撮影した商品は実際の色味に近づけておりますが、 お客様のモニターなどの環境により、形・風合い・表情、色味や微妙なニュアンスが実物と異なって見える場合があります。

表記サイズや重量につきまして、特にアシンメトリーの作品は特殊な形状となりますので、ご参考程度にお考えください。

作品によっては作家の意図する亀裂や貫入、表面に細かな傷・気泡・ピンホール・ムラ・付着物がある場合がございます。このよゆな個体差も商品の味として捉えて頂き、特性をご理解の上、作品と一期一会の出会いを楽しんで頂けましたら幸いです。 

また、作品によって付属品などがある場合は、その旨を商品説明に記載しております。付属品が無い場合は記載しておりません。

神経質な方や完璧なものをご要望の方は、大変申し訳ございませんが、ご購入をお控え下さい。

Regarding the stated size and weight, please note that asymmetrical works have special shapes, so please use them as a reference only.

Depending on the work, there may be cracks or penetrations intended by the artist, or there may be small scratches, bubbles, pinholes, unevenness, or deposits on the surface. We hope that you will understand these individual differences as part of the taste of our products, understand their characteristics, and enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime encounter with our products.

In addition, if there are any accessories included depending on the product, this will be stated in the product description. If there are no accessories, they are not listed.

If you are a nervous person or want something perfect, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please refrain from purchasing.

【販売方法について】［About sales method］

作品の販売はインスタグラム（@omble_pottery）にて告知致します。商品の殆どは1点ものとなり、同じ商品の入荷は基本的にはありません。

作品によっては販売期間があり、また予告無く非公開になる場合がありますので、予めご了承下さい。

Sales of works will be announced on Instagram (@omble_pottery). Most of our products are one-of-a-kind, and the same products are generally not available in stock.

Please note that works in special exhibitions have a sales period and may be closed to the public without prior notice.

【作品の発送、送料、同梱について】［About shipping, shipping costs, and bundling of works］

送料は（沖縄県を除き）全国均一で990円となります（沖縄県は1,890円となります）。 

特殊な形状の作品は、破損を避けるため同梱出来ません。それぞれに送料がかかる場合がございます。詳細は各ページにて確認下さい。

発送は、在庫がある商品は5営業日以内、受注型商品やオーダーメイド商品は最大でご注文後約3ヶ月後に発送させて頂きます（詳細は各ページをご確認下さい）。 諸般の事情によりお届けが遅れる場合はご連絡させて頂きます。

また、同時に近い別々での購入又は複数回に分けて購入いただいた場合、システムの都合上送料の返金は出来ず、送料が重複致しますのでご承知おき下さい。商品はサステイナブルの観点から同梱対応させて頂くことがあります。商品のお取り置きは行っておりません。予めご承知おきください。

Overseas shipping is possible. 

Overseas shipping fees vary depending on the area, and the following shipping fees will be added for each piece of work.

Asia…5,500 yen　Oceania…6,600 yen

Europe/South America/Africa…8,800 yen

North America…9,900 yen

In-stock items will be shipped within 5 business days, and made-to-order and custom-made items will be shipped approximately 3 months after the order is placed (please check each page for details).

Please note : We do not provide any guarantees regarding delivery to overseas shipping services company in Japan, as this may cause trouble. In addition, we do not reserve items. Please be aware of this in advance.

【キャンセル、返品について】［About cancellations and returns］

お客さまのご都合による、キャンセル・返品・交換はお受けしておりません。

イメージの相違や間違いでの購入などの返品・交換はお受けしておりませんので、ご購入前によくご検討いただきますようお願いいたします。 

商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、キャンセルや返品には応じかねます。当方の過失や配達による破損の場合のみ早急に対応させて頂きます。 

注文と違う品物が届いた、商品の不良があったなど、返品・交換期限は以下の期限を決めさせていただいております。

①作品発送後3日以内（海外発送は10日以内）に商品番号を添えてCONTACTよりご連絡をお願い致します。

②当方からの返信メールをご確認の上、到着後7日以内にご返送を着払いにてお願い致します。

③8日を過ぎた場合は対応致しかねますので、作品到着後は速やかにご確認頂きますよう、お願い致します。

④返品後、在庫のある商品は交換、在庫のない商品は返金とさせて頂きます。

作品の殆どが一点物であり、再度制作を行わない物や再現性が低い物が多く、代替ができない場合が多くあります。ご理解の程宜しくお願いします。

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to discrepancies in the image or purchases made by mistake, so please consider carefully before purchasing.We cannot accept cancellations or returns unless the product is defective. We will take immediate action only in the case of damage due to our own negligence or delivery.

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, or the item is defective, we have set the following deadlines for returns and exchanges.

①Please contact us via CONTACT with the product number within 3 days after shipping the item (within 10 days for overseas shipping).

②After checking the reply email from us, please return the item by cash on delivery within 7 days after receiving it.

③ We will not be able to respond if it has been more than 8 days, so please check the item as soon as possible after receiving it.

④After returning the product, we will exchange the product if it is in stock or refund the product if it is out of stock.

Most of the works are one-of-a-kind, many of which will not be remade or have low reproducibility, and in many cases cannot be replaced. Thank you for your understanding.

*必ずお読み下さい【破損について】［Please be sure to read, About damage］

作品は検品し、必要な梱包をして発送をしておりますが、輸送中に破損してしまう場合がございます。

到着後、破損していた場合は大変お手数ではございますが、宅配会社（クロネコヤマト便など）へご連絡をお願い致します。

輸送中の破損の場合は保証対象となり、宅配会社にて調査後、お客様に返金となります。

その際、「破損の状況、外箱、梱包状況、お客様の購入履歴」が必要となりますので、しばらく作品や外箱を処分しないようお願いいたします。

Although the works are inspected and shipped in the necessary packaging, there may be cases where they are damaged during transportation.

If the item is damaged upon arrival, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact the delivery company (Kuroneko Yamato Bin, etc.).

If the item is damaged during transportation, it will be covered by the warranty and the courier company will investigate and issue a refund to the customer.

In that case, we will need information about the damage, the outer box, the packaging, and the customer's purchase history, so please do not dispose of the work or outer box for a while.

【作品の梱包について】［About the packaging of the work］

サステイナブルな観点から、梱包材は可能な限り新聞紙や再生紙、リサイクル材を用います。

場合によっては、作家さんからお送り頂いた際に使用されたクッション材、梱包材を再利用させて頂き、可能な限りペーパーレスや資源を無駄にしないよう心がけながら、安全に作品をお届け致します。同様の理由から、ラッピングについてはお受けしておりません。予めご了承下さい。

領収書の同封に関して、必要な方にのみPDFにてデータ送信いたします。 必要な方は発送前までにご連絡頂けますと幸いです。

From a sustainable perspective, we use newspaper, recycled paper, and recycled materials for packaging wherever possible.

In some cases, we will reuse the cushioning and packaging materials used when the artist sent it to us, and we will deliver the work safely while working as paperlessly as possible and not wasting resources. 

For the same reason, we do not accept gift wrapping. Thank you for your understanding.

【作品の販売方法、期間、時期、在庫・再入荷について】［About the sales method, period, timing, inventory and restocking of works］

販売はBase shopにて行います。

時期は不定期となり、メールマガジンやInstagramの投稿、ストーリーズなどを通じて告知いたします。

一部を除き、作品ごとに販売期間を設定しており、期間を過ぎますと購入いただけませんので予めご承知おきください。

作品によっては事前告知無く販売する場合や抽選販売、予約販売となる場合もありますので予めご了承下さい。 

特に記載が無いものを除き一点物となります。 複数点在庫がある商品は、在庫限りとさせて頂きます。 品切れの際はご容赦下さい。

Sales will be held at the base shop.

The timing will be irregular and will be announced through email newsletters, Instagram posts, Stories, etc.

Please note that with some exceptions, each work has a sales period, and you will not be able to purchase it after the period has passed.

Please note that some works may be sold without prior notice, sold by lottery, or by pre-order.

Unless otherwise specified, each item is a one-of-a-kind item. For products with multiple items in stock, we will only sell them while supplies last. Please forgive us if the item is out of stock.
